hats and apples
this is the third scene i did for shorthairedgirl, this time featuring the girl herself as the model for her kickass hand made hats. i set the scene to be sort of a white-out bistro kind of thing. i wanted just enough color to compliment the product but also a lot of space to bring your eye to it.
this was all outside on an overcast day. i would have liked a brighter warmer light, but the sun god was hiding behind the clouds like a pansy. Despite that, they turned out well and over all i’m happy with them. I may re-shoot them at a later date just to see what i get with yellower daylight.
